Done that. Same results.

I uninstalled Office 2007 and Notes 8.5.3.
Then re-installed Notes 8.5.3 with latest fixpack and re-installed Office 2007.
Same results, when using send-to Windows only swithces to Notes, does not open a new email with the attached file.
